Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) EMDR is an effective therapy for individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, and distressing life experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Dual Diagnosis Therapy (Alcohol & Drug Dependency + Mental Health) For individuals facing both substance use issues and mental health conditions, we provide integrated treatment that addresses both challenges simultaneously. Our approach focuses on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and developing healthier coping mechanisms to support lasting recovery. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT is a specialized therapy designed for individuals struggling with emotional regulation, self-harm, and borderline personality traits. It incorporates mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help individuals manage intense emotions and build a life worth living.
